Ever since I was a young girl I've felt a strong connection to babies. I've always been able to just understand them and be so fascinated by them, I thought everyone felt this way too, I was wrong. I dreamed of being mother and when the time finally came for me I didn't expect to struggle so much. There is so much more that comes with having a baby than people realize until the baby is here. It is my goal that with support and better preparedness parents can thrive in the postpartum stage and set themselves up for success. I love helping parents recognize their own potential just by being a pillar of support and understanding what is needed.
Becoming a postpartum doula has been one of the most fulfilling things for me. Watching families welcome new babies into their home with so much love is such a blessing. I feel honored to be welcomed into such a vulnerable and sacred time and space.

There is so much that comes with a new baby. As a postpartum doula I am your guide. There to guide you emotionally, mentally, nutritionally, with breastfeeding and all the questions to make it easier on you so your main focus is recovery and the basics. Aside from guidance I am there to take things off of your plate and lighten the load. Your postpartum journey affects the rest of your life as a parent, setting clear intentions with what's important tp you and your family is important and I am here to help.

Serving the Orange County area has been such an amazing full circle experience. Being able to give parents in the community I grew up in the care and support I so desperately needed during my own postpartum journey is truly fulfilling. Soulita was born out of my struggle as a way to transmute my own experiences into something better for others. Not only is it my pleasure to support you, I understand where you are at in life. I am here for you!
