Hi families, I am a mom of two girls, ages 4 and 6, a postpartum doula, and previous nanny of 12 years. I like to utilize my personal, professional and educational knowledge to help families have a better postpartum experience. What really drove me to become a postpartum doula was going through postpartum depression and anxiety as a new mom and seeing so many other mothers go through similar feelings. I knew it shouldn't be this way and it doesn't have to be. The biggest thing families need is proper support and it's possible to attain.
I would love to work with you in person in the Orange County area or virtually if you are further. I know it can be a rocky transition bringing a new little one into your family wether it's your first or your sixth and my job is to make that transition as smooth as possible. I can't wait to speak with you and Congratulations on your journey!
